Monthly vs Annual — which should I pick?
If you plan to study for more than 4 months, Annual saves you money. If you're testing the waters, start monthly. You can upgrade anytime.
How do I unlock more trades?
Once you have an active subscription (monthly or annual), you can unlock additional trades for $4 each per seal. Just go to the new trade's page and click unlock.
What if I fail my exam?
As long as your subscription is active, you keep full access. Study more, try again. Annual users get a full year to prepare.
Can I share my account?
Each account is for one person. We enforce single-session login — logging in on a new device will log you out of the previous one.
What trades are available?

Is there a refund?
Because our study materials are digital and available instantly after purchase, we're unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to try the free tier first — it gives you a real preview of the product so you can decide with confidence before upgrading.
